How to best determine phone model and size:
- Open the Settings app.
- At the top, you’ll see your Apple ID/iCloud profile photo and your name. Tap on it.
- Scroll down until you see your devices. The first device should be your iPhone; you will see the name of your device. Tap on it.
- Under Device Info, you’ll see Model.
How to adjust the ball strap:
- Decide which length you'd like your strap to be
- Squeeze the clasp
- Slide gold ball into clasp and close
