Our bespoke bracelet and necklaces are one-of-a-kind, handmade, and hand-selected pieces - perfect for personalized, special, meaningful gifts for yourself or someone you love. We work closely with you via email to design the perfect piece!
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS
1. Place your order
2. A member of our team will send over an assortment of hand-picked charms to choose from (by the next business day)
3. You'll select up to 9 charms from the assortment. (If you prefer something from the website, or have a particular charm you'd like us to source, we're happy to accommodate!)
4. After selecting your charms, we'll send over a necklace/bracelet layout for your approval
5. Once the layout is approved, we'll send over a few photos so we can be really sure you love it
6. You tell us how much you love your new piece of jewelry and we get it shipped out to you!

What to expect: After you place your order, a member of our team will send over an assortment of charms hand-picked to choose from (by the next business day). Most customers select 7 charms from this assortment, but if you’d prefer something from the website, or have a particular charm you’d like us to source, we’re happy to accommodate! Once your charms have been selected, we’ll send over a layout for your approval. Once approved, we'll attach the charms to the chain and send over photos for final approval before shipping it straight to you!

Within 1-2 business days from when your order is placed, a member of our team will reach out to you via email with more instructions and a photo of a wide selection of charms! Most customers select 9 charms from this assortment. However, if you’d prefer something from the website or have particular charm ideas that you’d like us to source, we’re happy to accommodate!
Yes! For the necklace, 9 charms are included. For the bracelet, 7 charms are included.
No! While the charms from the site are available to be included, you are not limited to them.
Absolutely! For letters, we love our Crystal Letter and Gothic Letter charms. And we are happy to accommodate any special charm requests and will do our best to source them!

Timing depends on the individual design process. The sourcing process for special charms typically takes 1-2 weeks.
Absolutely! Once the charms are selected and on hand, we will send over a photo of the charms laid out along the chain to begin working on the layout. Once the layout is chosen, we will attach the charms and send over photos of the completed necklace for final approval! Please note that any changes can be made to the charms, order, layout, etc. at any point in the design process.
