You can place an order quickly and easily through our secure online store; we're open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Custom orders are welcomed and encouraged. Please reach out to megan@alexaleigh.com with any questions!

We accept returns for store credit only if the product is shipped back within 10 days of receipt. Returns past this date will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Wholesale orders are not eligible for returns. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned to the store where the item was purchased. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs and returns. All returns are subject to shipping charges.
Fine jewelry, earrings, mystery boxes, and all custom orders (including ball drop pieces, bespoke necklaces, custom sizing, diamond letters and trunk show purchases) are final sale. All items purchased during a sale are also final sale. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.
Please also note that at this time, we are unable to provide shipping labels for international returns.

All orders made through www.alexaleigh.com are packed and shipped with love! Domestic orders including in-stock, ready to wear jewelry typically ship within 1-2 business days. Not sure if this is you? Check out the shipping dropdown on the product page. You will be sent a confirmation email when your order has been processed and shipped.
Most orders are shipped via USPS. Upon checkout you will be given the option to upgrade to expedited shipping for an additional fee. Two Day and Overnight orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx.

Please note, all international customers are responsible for any customs and/or VAT fees that occur when the product arrives in their home country. Please also note that at this time, we are unable to provide shipping labels for international returns.

Most of our jewelry (except for fine*!) is either 14k or 18k gold-filled. What does this mean? Gold filled jewelry has a much thicker layer of gold wrapping around its base metal than gold-plated jewelry. This thicker layer makes the jewelry more durable and able to withstand daily wear and tear. Please note, we recommend keeping your gold filled goodies away from oils, perfumes or other chemical substances that may cause them to tarnish.
*Fine Jewelry: All of our fine jewelry is made to order with 14k or 18k solid gold. It will never tarnish and you'll wear it forever! We use G-H, SI diamonds. Our pieces are made with love, and thus our diamonds are certified from areas free of conflict. Feel free to contact us to find out more.
Our jewelry is meant to be worn everyday, all the time! Although you may swim, shower, exercise and sleep in it, please note that by doing so, you may shorten the life of your jewelry. We advise against putting perfume, hairspray, lotion and other harsh chemicals in direct contact with your jewelry, as it may cause the metals to tarnish.
In the unlikely event that your jewelry breaks, we offer repair services within one year of purchase. Please note, shipping and repair fees may apply. Reach out to customerservice@alexaleigh.com to learn more.
Bracelets: The standard size for our bracelets is 6.5"; this is the size most of our customer wear. Please measure your wrist prior to placing your order to determine if you need size a 7.5".
Necklaces: Please reference our size guide on a necklace product page to determine your desired length.
Rings: If you do not know your ring size, we recommend purchasing a ring sizer and measuring at home before placing your order.
