Shipping & Returns

 

Please email customerservice@alexaleigh.com to initiate a return.

We accept returns for store credit only if the product is shipped back within 10 days of receipt. Returns past this date will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Wholesale orders are not eligible for returns. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned to the store where the item was purchased. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs and returns.

Anything marked as Final Sale cannot be returned. Fine jewelry, earrings, custom pieces, and collaboration items (including bespoke necklaces, custom word bracelets, custom sizing, and trunk show purchases) are final sale. All items purchased during a sale are also final sale. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.

All orders made through www.alexaleigh.com are packed and shipped with love! Domestic orders including in-stock, ready to wear jewelry typically ship within 1-3 business days. Not sure if this is you? Check out the shipping dropdown on the product page. You will be sent a confirmation email when your order has been processed and shipped.

Most orders are shipped via USPS. Upon checkout you will be given the option to upgrade to expedited shipping for an additional fee. Expedited shipping orders are shipped using UPS and FedEx.
