We accept returns for store credit only if product is shipped back within 10 days of receipt. Returns past this date will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Wholesale orders are not eligible for returns. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned to the store where the item was purchased. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs and returns. All returns are subject to shipping charges.
Fine jewelry, earrings, and all custom orders (including ball drop, New Friday, bespokes, custom sizing, diamond letters and trunk show purchases) are final sale. All items purchased during a sale are also final sale. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.
