What to expect when ordering the customizable charm necklace option: After you place your order, a member of our team will send over an assortment of charms hand-picked to choose from (by the next business day). Most customers select 5 charms from this assortment, but if you’d prefer something from the website, or have a particular charm you’d like us to source, we’re happy to accommodate! Once your charms have been selected, we’ll send over a layout for your approval before charming and shipping it straight to you!

This piece typically ships within 1-2 business days. Customizable version depends on the design process.
